The DNI Board is Looking for Additional Delaware Citizens to Serve as Members for Board of Directors of Delaware Nation Owned Businesses

The Delaware Nation owns several successful businesses. Two of those parent companies (Delaware Nation Industries & Delaware Nation Investments) are currently seeking additional members for their respective boards of directors.

If you have an interest in business & would like to give back to the Tribe by sharing your expertise, serving on one of our boards of directors could be a great opportunity.

DNI’s Vision is to create financial independence for the Delaware Nation while empowering the members to sustain the SHINES culture and continue the legacy of entrepreneurship.

The Board of Directors is responsible for the overall governance of the organization & works directly with company executives. The Board also works with the Executive Committee of the Delaware Nation (the owners).

Board members must

  • Be at least 25 years of age
  • Posses a college degree or significant equivalent relevant business experience
  • Have no felony convictions
  • Have no criminal convictions involving moral turpitude
  • Have no criminal convictions, whether misdemeanor or felony, that involve or relate to tribal affairs
  • Be able obtain top secret security clearance
